Person-centred care means more than writing about someone. It means capturing what they actually want, in the way they actually say it — during initial assessments, reviews, feedback sessions, or whenever they want their view recorded.

Your Organisation's AI voice module lets a person we support speak directly into the record. Their words are transcribed by Whisper AI, preserved exactly as spoken, and attached to their care plan or assessment as their own contribution. The record doesn't say what a professional interpreted — it says what the person said.
